ORDER DESPATCH: Once an order has been placed, we usually either despatch the parcel on the very same day or next business day.
ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: Once an order has been placed you will receive an e-mail confirming what you have ordered and with your unique order number. If you do not receive this e-mail, it may mean that the e-mail address entered at the point of ordering may be incorrect, or that the e-mail may have been filtered into your ‘Spam’ folder. If you are unable to locate the order confirmation e-mail, please contact our Customer Care Team (click here) who will be able to re-send it to you.
ORDER CANCELLATION: Orders can be cancelled prior to despatch. If you wish to cancel, kindly e-mail Customer Services (click here). If your order has not been despatched, we will cancel it and refund your payment in full.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: If you decide that the items received are not what you wanted, we are happy to offer a refund for any unworn items within 35 days of ordering. Please follow the returns instruction that will accompany your order. The process is fast, simple and best of all, we cover your cost for returning most parcels.
UK DELIVERIES: Deliveries to UK addresses usually arrive the very next business day following despatch..
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES: Deliveries to addresses outside the UK usually arrive within 4 working days, following despatch.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE: We are confident that you will be delighted with our products and services. However, if you aren't completely satisfied with the products or service received, we encourage you to contact us and we promise to take care of you. You can contact us by clicking here. Kindly remember to mark your e-mail with the subject as ‘Complaint’ - it will then automatically be forward to a manager for investigation.
RIGHT TO SUPPLY: We reserve the right to refuse supply to any individual or company.
STOCK AVAILABILITY: We endeavour to ensure all products on the website are available for immediate despatch. On the rare occasion when a product is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be given the option to either wait for production to complete, choose an alternative product or you will be offered a full refund.

TITLE OF GOODS: Upon full payment of the order, the title of goods will pass to the buyer.
