Orders placed Monday to Friday (before 2:00pm) are dispatched on the very same day. Often orders received after this time are also dispatched on the same day, but this can't be guaranteed due to dispatch deadlines set by couriers. Any orders not dispatched after the deadline, will be dispatched on the very next day.
Deliveries to UK addresses are charged a flat £3.99, so you can order as much as you like, but pay one small flat charge. Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery. All orders are sent out on a Fully Tracked Service, so you will remain fully informed about the delivery throughout the journey. Parcels are dispatched using a variety of couriers depending on the dimensions and weight of the parcel. All of our chosen couriers are reliable, punctual and handle your parcel with care. Any orders placed with us are most likely to arrive within 24 hours of dispatch.
The delivery charge for parcels to countries outside the UK is either £19.99 or £49.99 per order, depending on whether you choose standard or express delivery. Standard delivery takes 7-10 days, while choosing express delivery will mean that your parcel should arrive in 3 working days. The delivery charge is a flat fee, so you can order as much as you like without incurring any further delivery charges. Parcels are dispatched with either DHL Express or Royal Mail.
