Dispatch
Garments will normally be dispatched
by Royal Mail services within 48 hours of receipt of your order (excluding weekends
and holidays). An e-mail will be sent to confirm that the order has been
sent and the progress of this can be tracked by following the accompanying
instructions.
UK Deliveries
Parcels are dispatched using
Royal Mail Recorded First Class Delivery. The items should arrive
within 24 hours of dispatch, but are subject to Royal Mail terms and conditions.
Parcels will require a signature on delivery so if you are not at the address, a card will be left with details of how to arrange a re-delivery or
collection from a Royal Mail depot. All UK deliveries are charged at a flat £3 per order,
but orders
totalling over £50 will be delivered free.
European Deliveries
Parcels
are sent by Royal Mail Airmail and a signature is required on delivery.
The Royal Mail have a delivery aim of 3 days to European destinations. The cost
of deliveries to European countries is
£4 for the first item plus £2 for each additional item.
International Orders (Outside Europe)
Parcels
are sent by Royal Mail Airmail and a signature is required on delivery.
The Royal Mail have a delivery aim of 5 days to worldwide destinations, outside
Europe. The cost of deliveries to destinations outside Europe is
£4 for the first item plus £4 for each additional item.
